Her journey began at El Encanto de la Laguna, where she spent more than a decade managing operations across administration, property management, vendor coordination, and owner concierge services. That depth of hands-on experience shapes everything about how she works today.
Betty holds a Degree in Communication Sciences and professional certifications in Human Resources and Customer Service — the foundation of how she listens, how she solves problems, and how she builds lasting trust with every client.
As co-founder of B&G Services Cabo, she specializes in luxury property management, vacation rentals, owner representation, and real estate advisory. For Betty, it is simple: your investment deserves the same care she would give her own.

Gustavo Terán
Architect & Certified Home Inspector
Gustavo studied architecture at the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana (UAM) in Mexico City — one of Mexico’s most respected design programs. He came to Los Cabos with a trained eye for structure, proportion, and the kind of problems that hide inside walls.
That architectural background made him a natural home inspector. Today, the region’s leading real estate companies regularly contract Gustavo to conduct pre-sale inspections — because they trust him to find what others miss, and to explain it clearly to buyers and sellers alike.
At B&G, Gustavo directs every design and remodel project from concept through construction. He also leads the technical side of property oversight — evaluating maintenance issues with an architect’s precision, not just a handyman’s estimate.
